Hiking & Walking Tips

Start Early

We recommend departing around sunrise when birdsong is most vibrant. In summer, early starts are essential for heat management.

Wear Trekking Shoes

Trails become slippery after rain. Sandals or light footwear are dangerous. Please wear trekking shoes with solid grip.

Water & Insect Repellent Essential

Bring sufficient drinking water (1L+) and insect repellent spray. As habu snakes inhabit the area, avoid carelessly entering grassy areas.
