Accommodation Fee	Amount displayed on each reservation page (tax included) Rates vary by date and plan. The amount shown at the time of booking will apply.
Tour Fee	Fee per person × Number of participants (tax included) Fees vary by tour date. Children are charged the same rate as adults. Discounted rates apply to private tours for our accommodation guests.
Additional Fees	No additional fees beyond the accommodation fee. If you use the Birdwatching Tour, a separate tour fee will be charged.

※ For cancellations due to force majeure such as natural disasters or transportation service suspensions, please contact us separately.
※ If we cancel the Birdwatching Tour due to poor weather or other reasons at our discretion, we will provide a full refund of the tour fee.

Refunds	Any applicable refund after deducting the cancellation fee will be processed according to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days.
Accommodation by Minors	Guests under 18 years of age staying alone must provide parental consent.
Handling of Personal Information	Personal information provided at the time of reservation or inquiry will be used solely for the provision of accommodation services and communication, and will not be disclosed to third parties.
